Using ParamJyotish
These terms cover the website, accounts, readings and downloadable reports operated by Darshankumar Joshi. Use the service lawfully and provide information you are entitled to share. Parents or guardians should supervise use by children. Contact me@darshj.ai for support or concerns.
Traditional readings and your decisions
Jyotish, Nakshatra, gochar and related readings express traditional interpretive frameworks. They are not proven forecasts or guarantees. Use them for reflection; they do not replace qualified medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice. No interpretation establishes a person’s character, worth, compatibility or inevitable future.
Accounts and service limits
Keep your password and email codes private. Remember only personal devices, and revoke access when needed. The current saved-kundli limit is two per account. Free launch access and any future pricing are communicated in the service; no automatic charge is authorized by creating an account. Availability and features may change. We may restrict abuse, unauthorized access or activity that harms other members. Each account has 20 lifetime kundli generations or birth-detail edits. Reopening previously processed birth details, changing language or view, and cached PDF previews or downloads do not use this allowance. Deleting a saved kundli does not restore it. Keep up to two saved kundlis at once, with one default. Free early-access enrollment closes at 500 admitted accounts, without a calendar deadline; future pricing requires separate notice and no automatic charges. You can delete your account from Settings after confirming it is you; erasure follows a seven-day period during which you can cancel.
Reports and calculation context
Accurate input, including the historical UTC offset, matters. Chart conventions, ayanamsa and simplified interpretive models can produce differences from other software. PDF previews and downloads reuse a saved snapshot until relevant inputs or report version change; a cached transit section is not a live forecast. You may download reports for your own authorized use. Report errors to support rather than treating a result as certain.
Credits and third-party materials
The celestial atlas uses a transformed D3-Celestial dataset by Olaf Frohn, including XHIP: An Extended Hipparcos Compilation (Anderson and Francis, 2012; VizieR V/137D). It shows catalog coordinates and artistic motion, not the current horizon at your location. The full sky-data notice and BSD license remain available below. Solar System Scope / INOVE planet textures use Creative Commons Attribution 4.0; resized preview copies are disclosed in the texture notice. Astronomical positions come from Astronomy Engine by Don Cross (MIT licence), checked against Swiss Ephemeris 2.10.03 by Astrodienst. Time-zone rules come from the IANA tz database. Place names and coordinates for birthplace search come from GeoNames (geonames.org), used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0). Three.js and the bundled font families retain their respective licenses. These credits do not imply endorsement.
Availability, responsibility and applicable rights
We aim to maintain the service and correct errors, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. Do not rely on a reading for a safety-critical decision. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Disputes and requests should first be raised through the support contact.
Privacy and updates
The Privacy Policy explains data, IP collection, email choices and retention. These terms may be updated with a new date; material service changes will be communicated through appropriate account or website notices.
