1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Param Jyotishi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. The Service is operated by Param Jyotishi and provides AI-powered Vedic astrology tools, including but not limited to Kundli generation, compatibility analysis, transit tracking, tarot reading, numerology, and palmistry.

2. Description of Service

Param Jyotishi provides astrological calculations and AI-generated interpretations based on Vedic astrology principles. The Service uses the Swiss Ephemeris for astronomical calculations and Google Gemini AI for interpretation and guidance.

Entertainment and Guidance Only: All readings, predictions, recommendations, tarot interpretations, palmistry analyses, numerology reports, and AI chat responses are provided strictly for entertainment and personal guidance purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.

No Guarantee of Accuracy: Astrological predictions and AI-generated interpretations are inherently speculative. We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any reading or prediction. Individual experiences may vary significantly. You should not make important life decisions based solely on astrological guidance.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service offers Free, Pro, and Premium subscription tiers. Key billing terms:

• Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price at each renewal.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (Dashboard > Settings). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No cancellation fees apply.
• Refunds: Processed according to our refund policy. Pro-rated refunds may be available for annual plans.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price increase takes effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service operation
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, charts, interpretations, and design elements of the Service are owned by Param Jyotishi. Your generated reports are licensed for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Astrological readings and predictions are generated by AI and are not guaranteed to be accurate. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

Param Jyotishi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Age Restriction

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will promptly terminate their account and delete associated personal data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
