Unexpected code, verification or reset request

Do not share the code or use the verification/reset link. You can ignore the email; the request expires. An unsolicited request alone does not mean someone has signed in. If requests keep arriving, contact support.

Unexpected successful sign-in or password change

• Open Param Jyotish directly. If you can sign in, change your password in Profile settings. If you cannot, choose Forgot password on the sign-in form.
• A completed password change/reset signs out existing sessions and invalidates remembered devices. Review the Remembered devices list in Profile settings and remove unfamiliar devices.
• Secure your email account too. Contact support if you cannot recover access. Do not send passwords, OTP codes, birth details or recovery links.

Stop optional email

Use the Unsubscribe link in a news/update or optional sign-in alert email, then confirm on the preferences page. Newsletter and sign-in alert preferences are separate. You can also turn off optional sign-in alerts in Profile settings. Essential verification and password security emails remain enabled.
